I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to tell the truth about where you are and supported enough to imagine what’s next. At Flourish Life Coaching, my role isn’t to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you gain confidence and courage for the season you’re in. We offer a steady, supportive environment to explore your goals, values, and next steps with clarity and grace.

A one-on-one coaching space designed to help you slow down, listen deeply, and gain clarity for what’s next. Through intentional reflection and Spirit-led discernment, you’ll grow in awareness of God’s activity in your life and be supported in taking faithful, thoughtful steps forward.

Life transitions are sacred thresholds, not problems to fix or seasons to rush through. This journey creates space to honor what's ending, discern what's emerging, and move forward in faith. Together, we’ll attend to the deeper work God is doing in this in-between season.

Designed for the close of one season and the beginning of the next, the Selah Circle coaching program offers space to reflect, release, and prayerfully prepare for the season ahead while being supported by guided conversation, spiritual practices, and community.

Many women in ministry carry responsibility quietly: holding space for others while setting their own questions aside. In seasons of transition, the pressure to “figure it out” can drown out wisdom. Scripture reminds us that “the purposes of a person’s heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out” (Proverbs 20:5). Coaching creates space to gently draw out what you’re carrying, what’s being asked of you, and what needs care before it can grow—so you can move beneath surface questions to what truly matters.
