Coaching for Teams Who Want to Grow Well—Together

Whether you’re leading a ministry team, leadership staff, or small group, this work focuses on strengthening trust, communication, and emotional health so the mission you share can be carried sustainably.

A Different Kind of Team Development

Team coaching focuses on how people work together and not just what they do. It creates shared language, increases self-awareness, and helps teams name what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

Team coaching may be a strong fit if:

Your team is faithful and committed, but communication feels strained or unclear

Leadership decisions carry emotional weight that isn’t always named

You want to address tension without creating defensiveness or division

Your team is growing, changing, or navigating transition

You value emotional health, trust, and shared responsibility

This work strengthens culture, deepens trust, and supports leaders in carrying responsibility with clarity rather than anxiety.

What to Expect

Each team coaching experience is customized to meet the needs of your group. Sessions may include facilitated conversation, coaching exercises, reflective practices, and guided dialogue.

While Katie is not certified to administer formal assessments, she is experienced in working alongside teams who use common development tools. These frameworks are used as supportive language for reflection, dialogue, and growth.

Coaching engagements may be built around:

  • an existing assessment (Enneagram, Working Genius, Five Dysfunctions of a Team)

  • a specific season or challenge

  • or a broader goal related to team health and leadership development

Sessions are designed to be both reflective and practical, supporting insight and meaningful change.
